The diagnostic fee for all E-Bikes is $85

This fee is paid in advance and is non-refundable.

The fee includes up to 1 hour of labor to troubleshoot electrical problems with your E-Bike. Some bikes can be repaired in that time frame. If your bike needs additional parts and labor, we will send you an estimate for the additional work or list of the parts you need to order from your bikes manufacturer.
